Returns and exchanges

1. How to return an item that is not suitable?

If an item does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days. The items must be returned to us in a condition that allows them to be put back on sale. That is to say, under their original packaging, without stains or traces of wear, they have neither been washed nor worn (except fitting). Please contact our after-sales service from the contact page and select the "Returns and Exchanges" section. Without a message from you, we will be unable to process your return request.

2. How long do I have to return an item?

9,00€ You receive your order within 7 to 15 working days*. A confirmation email, containing your tracking number will be sent to you at the start of your package.

ZONE 3 - ZONE 4 - INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY (Canada, USA)

13,99€ You receive your order within 7 to 15 working days*. A confirmation email, containing your tracking number will be sent to you at the start of your package.

2. I do not live in France, in which countries do you deliver?

3. What if I am not there to receive my order?

If you are not there to receive your order, in the event that no transit voucher has been left in your mailbox, we invite you to reschedule a delivery with the transport service in charge of your order.

Once the order is placed we are unfortunately not able to change the delivery address. However, you can change it for your next orders from the "Information" page accessible from the home page of our site by clicking on your name.
